Frequently asked.
How do I book a consultation?
Book via our online form or call us directly. Consultations are 30 minutes and give us time to assess your goals and walk you through suitable treatments.
No-obligation. No upsell. If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll say so.
What happens on my first visit?
We spend time understanding what you want to change and — just as important — what you want to keep. We review your medical history, take photos if appropriate, and talk you through expected results, risks, and costs. You leave with a clear plan, not a prescription.
Is a patch test required?
For injectables and chemical-based treatments, yes — we patch-test 24–48 hours before your first appointment. It's a short visit and it's free. No-patch-test, no-treatment. That's a hard rule.
What's your cancellation policy?
48 hours' notice for a full refund. Less than 24 hours may incur a fee. If you need to reschedule, message us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find another slot.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Varies by treatment. Some (like injectables) let you return to work the same day with minor redness. Others (like resurfacing) need 3–7 days. Your treatment plan will tell you exactly what to expect.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Skip retinoids for 3 days before injectables. Skip alcohol for 24 hours. Come with a clean face (no makeup).
If you take blood thinners, tell us in advance so we can plan around them.
Do you work with sensitive or reactive skin?
Yes. A significant share of our clients come to us specifically because other clinics couldn't work with their skin. We patch-test, we go slow, and we pick products formulated for reactive skin.
How are treatments priced?
Each treatment page lists a starting price. Final cost depends on units/dose/area during your consultation. You'll see the full cost before anything goes on your skin.
