Aurelia Aesthetics ('we', 'us', 'our') is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in-person interactions with our business.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: name, email, phone number, booking details, consultation form responses, and any other information you submit via contact or booking forms.

Information collected automatically when you use this website: anonymised analytics (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type, referring site), and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

Providing services you've booked or enquired about — lawful basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

Responding to enquiries — lawful basis: legitimate interest in running our business and replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Sending service-related communications (appointment reminders, booking confirmations) — lawful basis: performance of a contract.

Marketing communications — only where you've opted in; lawful basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Third parties that process data on our behalf

We use the following service providers, each contractually bound by appropriate data-protection terms:

• Vercel — hosting infrastructure (servers located in the US / EU)

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant; cardholder data never touches our servers)

• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you initiate a WhatsApp conversation with us

• Site analytics — page-view and interaction telemetry (anonymised where possible)

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking data: 3 years after last contact, then deleted.

Anonymised analytics: up to 26 months.

Marketing opt-ins: until you unsubscribe or 2 years of inactivity, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted (where applicable), restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and object to processing.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
