Services

The services we provide are described on our website. We may update the scope, pricing, and availability of services from time to time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed at the old terms.

Bookings, payments, and cancellations

Prices are shown on the website or quoted before booking. Payment terms are set out at the point of booking. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Cancellations: unless otherwise stated at booking, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee.

Changes on our side: if we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you the next available slot or a full refund, your choice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to attend bookings on time, and to tell us in advance of any relevant medical history, allergies, or conditions where this affects the service.

Liability

We take reasonable steps to provide services with skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

All website content — text, images, design, code — is owned by or licensed to Aurelia Aesthetics and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Subcontractors and delivery partners

Aurelia Aesthetics may engage subcontractors, agents, or team members to perform services on your behalf. All such parties are bound by equivalent confidentiality and data-protection obligations. By using our services, you consent to this arrangement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
